Here is all you need to do! If you set your cursor on the pic it will stop.
Then use the compass like cursor that appears on the pic to
navigate the picture. If you have the mouse left (clicked
and held) it will allow you to change directions, go up down,
right , left etc. Let go of the click and it stops. To zoom
in or out is harder, you need to place the cursor near the
center and move it ever so slightly to get it just right.
